Tahoe AGAIN

We are heading over to Lake Tahoe again for winter '24.

Before we get into details, lets go back to last year, with a similar blog post here. Last year we planned to go to Tahoe to film Big Blue Lake. We ended up bringing our drone, the orange HappyCraft I, but that didn't go so well. The drone was already flying unstably before the trip, and the camera gimbal kept on getting stuck. Nevertheless, I took it with me and tried to fly it. See the video below, which shows our HappyCraft I failing to take off.

What we are going to do:

1. film for our upcoming documentary about Sierra Nevada macrolife

2. fly the drone for the film

3. probably identify as many new species of plants we can.
